National Services Policies

  • For national services: cancellation with less than 48 working hours before the start of the first service will be charged 100% regarding the no show;

  • Values ​​are subject to change without notice;

  • We do not take responsibility for objects left in vehicles;

  • Proposal valid for 30 days;

  • Availability subject to confirmation;

  • Immediate replacement in case of failure;

  • Baggage allowance: an average per person, depending on the number of passengers;

  • Start and ending of service are at the base of Five;

  • Values ​​not valid for Formula 1, Carnival and major events;

  • Increase in service charge over total value;

  • Overtime values, extra km and coordination are not commissioned;

  • Billing after termination of service upon approval of registration;

  • In order to carry out the service, it is necessary to analyze and approve the request in advance, we are not responsible for errors approved by the contractor at the time of confirmation of the service;

  • The values ​​of overtime, extra kilometers, coordinators and tour guides is necessary to request quotation of values;

  • Exemption of overtime charge up to 30 minutes of waiting in transfer services and daily, after that period will be charged overtime;

  • To change the service schedule, being requested on the same date, will be charged no-show and will charge a new one for the rescheduled service;

  • For trips of coordinator and / or support team, the expenses with displacement, food and lodging will be on account of the contractor;

  • Extra expenses such as parking, extra km and extra hours will be charged after termination of service;

  • After 24 hours of sending the closing of the service to the contractor, if there is no disagreement, the invoice will be issued according to the information contained in the Order of service;

  • Our vehicles do not travel on dirt roads;

  • For personalization of vehicles, there will be a charge in the period in which the vehicle is stopped for the process of adhesion and withdrawal. Values ​​do not include the art and contracting company for enveloping and in case of damages to the vehicles in the process of enveloping, the expense for repair will be on account of the contractor;

  • For disembarkation at Congonhas airport, the receptive will take place at the main landing;

  • In the case of minors with up to 07 years, the responsibility for the equipment (seat or lift seat) is the contractor;

International Services Policies

  • For international services: after confirmation, cancellations and changes (day and time) will be charged as no show;

  • For international services and calls between 20:00 and 08:00 hours there may be an increase of up to 25% in relation to the additional nightly rate, in accordance with local legislation;

  • All amounts in foreign currencies will be converted into reais after the end of the event at closing;

  • We do not take responsibility for objects left in vehicles;
